Welcome to the Beginner's Japanese Course!

This course will cover all the characters, kanji, grammar and vocabulary neccessary to pass the JLPT N5 test.

In summary:

• all 92 Hiragana and Katakana characters
• 103 Basic Kanji
• 40+ Grammar structures
• Over 600 words, nouns, adjectives and verbs + more!

The content of this course will be delivered through this site as well as online via our Facebook group and the 3 x weekly classes will be conducted via Zoom.

You will receive the invitation to the Facebook group within 48hrs of enrolling to this course and also a schedule of classes for the coming weeks.

The weekly classes will be split into different focus areas, writing practice, grammar and listening. There will also be time in each class for speaking practice. These classes will be live and will be uploaded here for you to view in case you missed it or would like to revise any of the material covered.

In this section you will find a PDF outlining some free resources which you can access to enhance your language learning. A printable Kana and Kanji PDF is also included as well as special paper for practicing writing characters and a full list of all the Vocabulary.

At the end of the course you will undertake a practice test and if you wish to take the official one we can help you find the relevant information for your country.
